Did you drink enough water today? One hack to drinking more water is
to make it more exciting and fun to drink. Recently, I bought a SodaStream
to make sparkling water at home and it has been so much fun
making our own bubbles! Strawberries, mint, and lemon is a refreshing
and fruity aromatic combo to infuse into your water. Micronutrients
from the strawberries and mint flush out toxins from the body,
while vitamin C from the lemons help with improving skin tone.

Ingredients
- 12 cups of water or sparkling water
- 10 strawberries, sliced
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 2 lemons, sliced
For Serving
- Ice (optional)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a big glass pitcher. Stir slightly to combine.
- Consume within a day to guarantee maximum freshness.
