Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings (flats and drumettes)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp white pepper
- Chili sauce
- Sliced cucumbers
For Serving
Directions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
- Marinate the chicken wings with the ingredients above for at least an hour.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Bake the chicken wings at 400°F for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
- Finish cooking by turning the broiler to high setting for 1 minute to get a nice char.
