How about another easy self-care recipe for glowy skin? Papayas have been used in Chinese desserts and soups for many generations for it’s skin nourishing benefits. This recipe is incredibly easy to make. The steamed papaya fruit tastes like a juicy melon and is such a delight. Simply cut the papaya in half, carefully scooping out all the seeds. Add your favorite milk and flavor it to taste with some honey. I added goji Berries for a boost of antioxidants. Steam for 8 minutes and voila! Next time, I am thinking about switching it up by adding some cinnamon. That’s the thing I love most about recipes. They are meant to be a reference and you can choose your own adventure, flavoring it to your particular taste. 😊

Hope you have a relaxing weekend before the hustle and bustle of the new week begins.
