Honey and Raisin Corn Flake Cups

Mini muffin pan full of freshly-baked honey and raisin corn flake cups


  • 4 Cups of Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 Stick or 4 Tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp of Raisins
  • 24 Mini Cupcake Liners


  1. Pre-heat oven to 300°F.
  2. Melt 4 tbsp butter over a double boiler or in the microwave.
  3. Using a big bowl, combine the 4 tbsp of butter, 2 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp of the raisins, and 4 cups of corn flakes.
  4. Line mini cupcake baking tray with liners or baking sheet. Divide the corn flakes evenly (about 1 tbsp) into each of the cupcake liners.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Once it's finished baking, let it cool.
  6. Finish decorating with the remaining raisins. Add some sprinkles for a pop of color.
