The Chrysanthemum was first cultivated in China and has been described in writings as early as the 15th Century B.C.1 It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for many centuries. Chrysanthemum has a flowery herbal taste. Similar to Chamomile, lovers of this tea say that it has a calming effect and reduces inflammation. To pack even more nutrients, I made this tea with dried red dates, goji berries, and honey. Red dates are also known for anti-inflammatory benefits and the best part, improving overall skin tone and complexion! Goji berries, a superfruit, are highly packed with antioxidants. You can flavor the tea to your taste, adding more honey as you like.

For all my floral tea and skin care enthusiasts, this one’s for you!
