Black Pepper Cream Sauce (for Steak and Pastas)
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2-1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp black pepper (or to taste)
Directions
- Heat up the heavy cream on low-medium heat.
- Once it is heated, add the seasonings.
- Allow to cook for about 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
