Black Pepper Cream Sauce (for Steak and Pastas)

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2-1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp black pepper (or to taste)


  1. Heat up the heavy cream on low-medium heat.
  2. Once it is heated, add the seasonings.
  3. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
