Air Fryer Roast Pork Belly
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork belly (skin on)
- 1 1/2 tsp five spice
- 1/4 cup of salt
- Hoisin Sauce (for dipping)
Directions
- Pat dry pork belly and rub with 1 1/2 tsp of five spice.
- Put pork belly in the air fryer basket with the skin side facing up.
- Spread 1/4 cup of salt evenly onto the skin.
- Bake at 375° for an hour.
- Remove the layer of salt.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
